It's so hard to grab orders It's really hard the orders pop up and go in seconds this is so weird. How can anyone have a life .the only way to make money is to stay glued to the phone you turn away from the phone and boom its over ... love hate type of relationship ...I just wish they assign gig to drivers who deserve it

Love the company but just hard to get orders, now. I have been with the company more than 5 months in the beginning wasn't like that at all. But still a great company to work for. You are fighting for every order though, remember that.

If you want to work for these guys you're going to have to sit there and stare at your phone and compete with other drivers to try to get the job offer before someone else does. They don't give the ride to the closest driver they gave the ride to everyone, and you have to compete the job pops up, and before you can even open it someone else takes it. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to sit around and play games. $20 background check fee and another $20 fee

I'm on 3 other delivery apps and this one is the worst. It needs a lot of work. There have been times I can't get a reply from support when I need it, which is awful! The alerts are super annoying. Offers disappear immediately. It shows item number, which is worthless. We need the food order total, money-wise, like $400 worth of food. Doesn't show distance from restaurant to customer. Sometimes it's hard to tell what day the offer is for before you accept. The whole layout is just bad.

The app is full of bots. I never have a chance to even get orders organically. I just gave up on trying to have an income with this app
