Very straightforward set up and connection to the Smart Mug S3 Pro. App is very stable, and no issues encountered so far. The UI is very simple and self-explanatory. The app asks for permissions which are not clear to me why they are needed. It works if you deny permission to make calls, but you have to allow access to files, media and storage to run it. It would be 5 stars if these permissions would not be required.

The app work itself perfectly when u hv right phone for it, I wish I could works perfect on every android phone for example it's working on OPPO4 5G, but it doesn't seem to work on OPPO8 5G I don't understand where is the difference between does 2 androids, but I will appreciate it if u can fix the problem as is kinda annoying cos the app won't even open other than that it works with OPPO4 5G perfectly and keep ur tea hot which I like

Can not use app. All permissions given, constantly loops back to a screen asking for permission. 100 dollar waste.

Terrible... I'm sending it back, I can't get the app to load. Iget to, add device and no cup shows. Poor instructions 😢 I hate it.
