Processing works fine. Used it two times now. You can add and edit multiple delivery addresses via a functional search. There is some payment options including cash. The sales representatives contact you on first order to ease the delivery. It's handy to have a local number, as drivers call on arrival. The order tracking has various timestamped action points, including out for delivery. This app definitely makes life a little easier while in Kigali

The update on 20 June 2024 has made the app completely unusable. Its impossible even to get logged in. Got a message from Vuba saying it was a glitch, and they've now fixed it. But no, it still isn't working. It's now impossible to either use the 'forgot my password' feature or to set up a new account.

Don't force app updates on people when they are trying to order food. You can gently notify of a new update & someone can do it later.

Delivery guy can't speak or understand English. I was literally waving at him, but he still didn't come to me and went back with my food, but these guys still wanted me to pay for the food that wasn't delivered. They said they'll come deliver the food that was prepared the previous night after more than 12 hours. They didn't want to be responsible for the loss. Can you imagine? Some people shouldn't be in business at all. I've received many bad orders, but I didn't go on their WhatsApp crying.
