**SYSTEM & PERMISSIONS** VviLauncher may use the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE permission only when the user enables LingLing as an active launcher companion. This foreground service supports the core launcher experience by keeping the visible LingLing companion responsive on the home screen and supporting user-initiated launcher interactions such as supported voice commands. A persistent notification is shown while the service is active, and users can stop the feature at any time. This service is functional and is not used to collect, sell, or share personal user data.
**ACCESSIBILITYSERVICE API USAGE** VviLauncher may request AccessibilityService permission only for optional launcher assistance features, including Senior Mode visual guidance and voice-command guidance for supported launcher actions.
This permission is used only after clear in-app disclosure and user consent. With this permission, VviLauncher may observe limited on-screen UI state needed to provide visual guidance, such as arrow indicators, after the user gives a supported voice command. VviLauncher does not use AccessibilityService to change user settings without permission, bypass Android privacy controls, prevent users from disabling or uninstalling any app, operate other apps without user action, or record calls.
AccessibilityService data is processed locally for the optional assistance feature and is not uploaded, sold, or shared with third parties. Users can disable this permission at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility.
