Suggestions. Shift notes in a separate full screen window and can write notes during the shift and still use the other functions. Currently, using OneNote and copy and paste. Able to send private messages targeted to the one person. Currently, private messages received hit the one window with many senders. Invitations when accepting or declining able to include a remark.

Hi Team.we are receiving issues that workers cannot close the shift even if they have the client signed and the notes have been entered. Can we have an immediate solution for this? Thanks.

I work in disability the company I work for uses worker for fostering, shift/client info, app is full of bugs, all workers hate it, constant error codes, messaging system does not work properly. At peak times (8am-4pm) servers are slow, sometimes takes minutes until my shifts come up. Extremely frustrating. It's actually gotten worse lately, not better. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. If I could change to another app, I would, immediately. This cannot be the best solution out there.

It's ok when it is working. Absolutely rubbish when it isn't. Can't log in. can't change password. Can't update password. Can't contact admin. Not happy.
