Listed restaurants either don't exist anymore or refuse to accept the return of their containers. I had to spend over 2 hours in total and go to 7 locations before I could find one restaurant that finally accepted my return.

I really liked the idea of this, borrowed a coffee cup and container with my usual coffee place. Returned it on time, early in fact. Scanned both the lid and container and returned on the 9th of March, they decided to take £4 from me for not returning anyway. Their system is obviously faulty, will not be using again. I have opened a ticket, I want my £4 back.

One of the useless service I've ever seen. In the past I used takeaway with paper boxes. Suddenly, the restaurant launched your service - I had to use metallic boxes (well, I'm not sure it is healthy) and have to come back to return. What for? Paper boxes were cheaper and eco-friendly for sure. And customer experience became awful
