I love W Concept and have been a fan of it for a while now. I'm really happy there's now an English version for the app. However, when I'm browsing through items my page goes blank and says, "Unfortunately, there are no results matching your request" when I haven't even made it to the end of the page yet. And there's no way to go back to where I was browsing either. Please fix this. Other than this issue this new app does not disappoint.

Great for shopping W concept! For some reason, I've had to uninstall and re-download because the language keeps switching to Japanese even though my phone's language is set to English

The app is just so slow and freezes. Takes a couple of minutes to load, making me not want to browse and shop.

I have been a w concept customer for over 5 years but have experienced increasingly bad customer service. I returned a +$500 item that I purchased in December last year, and the refund has not been processed, despite the return being received at their warehouse 16 December. Customer service says that it needs to be sent on further to their US warehouse (despite shipping from Korea) before the refund is processed. However, it is another two weeks and there has been zero update.

This site sucks and the app sucks as a well. So slow. I see nice things, but I don't have an hour patience to load a site or app 🤣
