Description

This is a dedicated interface for the “Wa-San Time Recorder Service,” a cloud service of Exceed Co., Ltd. the interface can keep track of your work.
The app features an intuitive interface designed to easily register the time of arrival and departure, along with the time of start and end of a break.
This also synchronizes with the shifts and service records registered in the “Wa-San Time Recorder Service.”
Synchronized with the standard calendar, the synchronized shifts can be reviewed via any scheduling application.
Not only for time- and work-tracking, try our feature-rich time recorders in various situations.

Features:
◇Double-tap “Arrival” or “Departure” in “Home” to register the time of arrival and departure. You will see a virtual door open or close, and the time will be punched in.
◇Punch in the time of the start and end of a break.
◇Along with the time of arrival and departure, GPS position information is registered in the “Wa-San Time Recorder Service.”
◇The registered time of arrival and departure is synchronized with “Wa-San Time Recorder Service” in real time, which allows you to review the usage status of the Wa-San Time Recorder Application (when, where, and who registered).
◇Synchronize the shift workers' shifts edited in the “Wa-San Time Recorder Service” (schedule: past one month to two months ahead; records: past one month to present). The synchronized shifts are editable.
◇There is a calendar and list that allows for a review of the registered service records.
◇The details for schedules and records provide you with a memo field for inputting notes. Collaboration through e-mail is also available.
◇Receive and view the messages simultaneously distributed from the Web-based management feature.
◇Send your status and GPS position in the event of an earthquake or other disaster. (Safety confirmation)
◇Find out who will be present before arrival. (Punching in before arrival)
◇Punch in the arrival and departure time even while outside of Japan. (Overseas registration)
◇The GUI is offered in English for any OS in English. (English-language support)
