Literally the worst app. They don't allow call in orders, and you can't order omelets. You can't search omelet. You can't order eggs. This is a waffle House. I just want a cheese omelet. Deleting this app immediately.

The online ordering experience is less than desirable, as there is no ability to customize your food the way you would if you went into the restaurant, sat down, and dictated it to the server. They also charge a 10% fee automatically, and it looks like they want you to leave a 20% tip on top of the automatic fee. In my opinion, it's better to go in, sit down, order your food, eat, and leave.
