Terrible service don't bother. You'll be able to use the service up to 4 times in a year then they'll block your access they won't tell u this they'll just revoke your withdrawal access and customer service is a robot. So no proper support. They use all your personal data as well, so this is an underlying service to use your transaction and phone data in exchange for a couple of advance payments. Like I said it's not an ongoing service they'll revoke your access after a few pay cycles.

After taking out a loan and making repayments on time, their system can't detect my wages. I raised an issue, and I've been given the complete run around, no communication or updates. It's been a week now and nothing. They are no closer now than what they were when I first raised this issue, absolutely disgusting effort. I would not recommend this pay advance service to my worst enemy. Shame on you wage tap

DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!! My wife has asked more than 20 times in the last 6 months to delete her account which includes un-linking the bank account attached to it and not one thing has been done about it. I advise you yo go to mypaynow or Wage pay. She is taking this issue further now to the appropriate financial departments and will be letting ACA know that they are holding her account literally hostage. If I could give minus stars I would!!

It makes me so mad that they're actually making money. The whole benefit for them is to keep people in the debt cycle. However it frequently "reassesses" your eligibility and despite paying back on time, every time, decides that you aren't eligible again. So It takes your money out. You go to take another loan out from them and nothing. I planned on paying this off slowly, but now they've ensured that I won't need them again. By refusing to give me even a dollar, after paying back $1100.
