After experiencing other apps I'll say this one has been far the best one out of all. I'm very impressed at how this app gives you two options of how you want to make payments, I always take the break-down of over 4 weeks, but there's another option to pay in full, another cool part is that you can also pay early and have the funds available instantly. It's all very handy when pay is coming in late. Recommended to everyone.

After taking out a loan and making repayments on time, their system can't detect my wages. I raised an issue, and I've been given the complete run around, no communication or updates. It's been a week now and nothing. They are no closer now than what they were when I first raised this issue, absolutely disgusting effort. I would not recommend this pay advance service to my worst enemy. Shame on you wage tap

Terrible service don't bother. You'll be able to use the service up to 4 times in a year then they'll block your access they won't tell u this they'll just revoke your withdrawal access and customer service is a robot. So no proper support. They use all your personal data as well, so this is an underlying service to use your transaction and phone data in exchange for a couple of advance payments. Like I said it's not an ongoing service they'll revoke your access after a few pay cycles.

It works fine while you have an account, if you want to delete you account for any reason it will be a fight just to get your info removed. They will delay the deadline to delete your information so be wary of that. Other companies will delete your info within 10 minutes of asking, yet they need 7-10 business days... it's fishy
