WAITON is a fitness tracker designed to make strength training and bodyweight training easier to log and easier to stick with. As you save your daily workouts, you earn EXP and level up, so you can see your progress over time with a game-like system built for consistency.
Whether you train at home or in the gym, WAITON helps you build momentum with simple logging, routines, calendar history, and AI-assisted squat rep counting.

Training Log Record workouts using preset exercise types or create free workouts with your own menu names. Save sets, reps, and notes as a daily record so your training history stays organized and easy to review.
Routines Create routines for workouts you do often, then train in a guided flow. In the free version, saved routines are limited to 3. If you want to unlock more, consider Waiton Pro.
Levels and EXP Earn EXP from your workout records and level up over time. Weight mode can apply bonus EXP, so training with load is also supported in the progression system. EXP is an in-app progression indicator only and has no monetary value.
Calendar Habit View Look back on your daily logs in a calendar format to quickly understand your rhythm and consistency.
Analytics (Charts) Check trends in your training with visual charts. Full history and expanded analytics features are available with Waiton Pro. (What you can view may differ between free and Pro plans.)
AI Camera (Automatic Rep Counting) Use the camera mode to detect posture and automatically count squat reps. Recognition quality may vary depending on lighting, camera angle, distance, and body positioning. Support for additional exercise types may be added in future updates.
Reminders Use training reminders to stay on track and make logging a habit. Notification timing can be adjusted in Settings.
