WAKEM: Mission Alarm Clock

WAKEM is an alarm clock you cannot dismiss half asleep.

A normal alarm asks for one tap — and your hand learns to do that without ever waking you. WAKEM makes you finish a task first. By the time it switches off, you are actually awake.

SOLVE A MISSION TO SWITCH IT OFF
- Math Problem — solve it before it stops
- Shake Phone — shake until it gives in
- Type a Phrase — type it out, correctly
- Memory Game — match the pattern
- Answer Question — answer your own question
- Take a Photo — photograph a place you set, like the bathroom sink
- Scan Barcode — scan a code you stuck across the room

The photo and barcode missions are the ones that get you out of bed, because they cannot be finished lying down.

IT CHECKS YOU DIDN'T FALL BACK ASLEEP
The dangerous moment is not the alarm — it is the five minutes after. Turn on the wake-up check and WAKEM comes back a few minutes later and asks you to prove it again.

IT DOESN'T GIVE UP QUIETLY
An unanswered alarm rings until it is done, then records itself as missed. Every missed alarm is listed in Stats, free, forever — if this app ever fails to wake you, you will not have to guess.

BUILT TO ACTUALLY GO OFF
Alarms are re-registered after a reboot, an app update, a timezone change and a clock change. WAKEM asks for exact-alarm and full-screen permissions up front, warns you when Do Not Disturb would silence it, and walks you through the battery-saver settings that stop alarms on some phones.

SLEEP TRACKING WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Log a night with one tap, or let automatic tracking do it. See your average, your best night, and how habits like caffeine or late screens line up against how long you actually slept.

NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD
No sign-up, no login, no sync. Your alarms, sleep history and stats are stored on your phone and nowhere else.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL ONE-TIME UNLOCK
Every mission type is free — the thing that wakes you up is never behind a paywall. WAKEM Premium is a single purchase, no subscription. It removes ads, lifts the alarm limit, lets you stack several missions on one alarm, and opens your full sleep and stats history.

Set it tonight. Argue with it tomorrow.
