I organized a shared safari on the platform, but I don't get to see the people who have joined my shared safari. I get the notification via app about the people joining the shared safari, but I'm not able to see them. This has happened with around 7–8 people joining the shared safari. EDIT AFTER DEVELOPER'S REPLY: I'm saying I'm not able to see the people in 'Interested' section, I'm only able to get the app notifications about them. So, there's no way to contact them.

While booking for any safari, this app doesn't work for me. Every time, the system shows "Unfortunately, we don't have a trusted partner for this safari booking". Then what's the point of keeping the safari booking options? Maybe all other people reviewing this app aren't looking for any Safari bookings and just using this app as "Safari Instagram".

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I submitted a safari quotation request more than two weeks ago, and till now there has been no response, no acknowledgement, and no update of any kind. This level of inactivity and silence is unacceptable. I tried calling the helpline number provided in the app multiple times. Unfortunately, the number remains unanswered every single time, Overall, the app turned out to be a complete waste, NOT RECOMMENDED!!
