WalkDoro: Walk & Focus Timer

You sit for 8+ hours a day. Your back knows it. Your energy crashes by 3pm. And your step count at the end of the day? Don't look at it.

But you can't just leave your desk — you're in the middle of a sprint, a design review, a deadline.

WalkDoro solves this. The Pomodoro timer that makes your walking pad the most powerful tool on your desk.

⏱️ POMODORO + WALKING PAD: THE PERFECT PAIR

Work in focused sessions from 5 to 45 minutes while walking at a comfortable pace on your treadmill desk. Your focus stays sharp. Your steps add up. No context switching, no broken flow state.

Four session types designed for how desk workers actually work:
• Quick Move (5 min) — a fast reset between tasks
• Pad Walk (25 min) — the classic Pomodoro, built for walking pads
• Street Walk (45 min) — deep work with maximum movement
• End of Day — open-ended, wind down on your own terms

🛠️ BUILT FOR REMOTE WORKERS AND FREELANCERS

WalkDoro was built by a developer who spent too many years in a chair. It integrates with your setup in minutes:

• Set your daily step goal (walking pad users target 8,000–12,000 steps)
• Define your work hours for smarter reminders
• Toggle walking pad mode for optimized session flow
• Works offline — no account, no subscription, no ads

Compatible with all walking pads and treadmill desks. Tracks steps via Google Health Connect or the built-in session tracker.

Your body has been running in maintenance mode for too long.
WalkDoro puts it back in the game — one Pomodoro at a time.
