Excellent option for a leisurely guided tour away from the crowd. Go at your own pace, take breaks when you like, rejoin where and when ready. Easy to use, good content and great value for money.

Disappointing as the app is slow to download then will not open stating there is a bug. Looked like excellent tours as we travel all over the USA. Was really looking forward to trying it but app does not work.

No Washington DC. The app doesn't have most cities. You should list the cities that you DO have, so people don't have to sign up, register, give out their personal information, and accept the terms just to find out that their desired city isn't on the app.

Use all trails for a better experience. The experience I had with the app was sub par. All trails were gangster.

App is not user-friendly. I was supposed to get a free tour using Getoutpass. The code didn't work on the app. I texted the customer service number and eventually someone responded/gave me a code. When I entered the code it said I had a discount for 9.99 subscription. I wrote them back since it was supposed to be a free tour and by the time they got back with me and told me I needed to hit "miss out" THEN my tour would be available I was already moving out of the tour area. Got worse from there.
