So, just to be clear, this app is necessary for the use of the Gear Waves Mini Printer. When I saw the printer in the store it said on the box that it used "inkless printing". It also shows the printer producing output in color at a high resolution. The printer uses thermal paper which is how it is inkless. This also means it cannot possibly print, nor at a high resolution as suggested in the box photo. It prints in low res black and white, which was fine for me but may not be for you.

What a hard time to register after I spend some money on 2 printers. They say that will send sms code and never send as I am not a chinese person or chinese mobile sim card or something like that. Finally just checked my email for another reason and guess what? The codes where sent there.....why they cannot just fix their translation and tell us to just check the email? People go crazy man! Spend money and think they got scammed.

I've only been able to print one picture. It will only print in dots and when I want gray scale print I'm stuck on the loading wheel after 5-10mins I gave up. I've tried so many different times and its just gets stuck on loading 😩

Hi, I am disappointed about this service, I thought I found a convenient and cost-effective way for packaging and labelling that was made easy for my business. Unfortunately this portable printer and Supposed Walk print Application has been disastrous they have no technical support the email contact info is misinformation, and application fails. It's abit weird, but they seem to be collecting all data with no services provided,
