Actually worked! So please!! The Google Pixel wallpaper and Photo Resizer apps couldn't get a couple selfie to show up properly on the lock screen; just showed the blank space between us. 🙄 This Wallpaper Setter actually worked perfectly for centering the photo on the lock screen, leaving wide border above and below photo. I tried to fill home screen with another photo, but filling just meant stretching the photo. Shame on Google Pixel for making this customization nigh impossible.

Once again Google Play Store is very confusing. As in 1st May 2026 when I resubscribed it says order date 1st May 2024 and "You subscribed to Pro version license (Wallpaper Setter) from DNC. You’ve already paid for this year, so that your next charge of $4.99/year will not occur until 1 May 2026" In short, resubscribed on 1st May 2026 but next charge of $4.99 will not occur until 1st May 2026?

"Wallpaper Setter" in April 2025: how it actually works. You get 10 uses before purchasing. Plus, full screen Ads for TikTok. Good at portrait, but LAME at landscape orientation. You can "center" or "Fun-House stretch" an image, but landscape gives you a tiny 1024x768 wallpaper in the middle of a 2560x1920 canvas. I would gladly pay a fair, one-time cost for a permanent license. "Wallpaper Setter" will continue to fail and get poor reviews until a smarter Developer figures that out.
