1. **Move or wall** — each turn, take one step toward your goal or place a two-square wall in your opponent's way. Never both.
2. **Slow them down** — walls can never fully trap anyone; there is always a path. The skill is forcing detours that cost your opponent more time than they cost you.
3. **Reach the far side** — outrun your opponent, or out-wall them into the long way around.
