Comments on Walts Foods for Android

★★★★★ Great experience Great store with wonderful employees always willing to assist the customer very easy to navigate

★★★★★ Game changer! This app is great, I usually clip my coupons and collect them before shopping to hand to the employee at the register; not anymore. The scannable unique bar code is a GAME CHANGER!

★★★★★ Nice features, clean design. One flaw Good start, but I would love to see it keep my place in the Weekly Ad list after viewing an item. It's annoying having to scroll back from the top each time.

★★★★★ Love waltz foods miss our Tinley store so much, and I miss being able to get there so do many of my friends we can't drive all the way to Homewood

★★☆☆☆ M S DOS The points don't update. Every time I use it in the store it doesn't register. One person will say there's nothing we can do. Another will tell me to go to the service desk, where they still can't do anything. Another person tells me to uninstall, reinstall, force stop, do the hokey pokey and turn myself around. SMH Its 2019, get the upgrades, lower prices, find another way to stay relevant in the community.

★★☆☆☆ Coupons/sales in the app mostly don't work or are bait and switch. They will put app sale signs on products that are not part of the deal and hope you don't catch it, so you pay full price.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible. Horrible.not user-friendly at all to install like Jewel or Stracks. So frustrated i just uninstalled the ap

★★☆☆☆ The app never works. I didn't get credit for purchases for over 1 year so for a while I stopped shopping there. Customer service couldn't help. Coupons wouldn't come off my app for purchases. The app is a waste of space on your phone and time using it at the store. Don't bother downloading the app or expecting the savings or benefits of the app. If the app ever improves I'll change my statement.

★★☆☆☆ I should mot have to use an app to get lower price or discount.
