For the second time, my transaction when topping-up my wallet is being held by automata. Each time I had to call service desk to sort this out (however, truth to be told, service desk is receptive and very helpful). Also, I would like to see in the app more data about market liquidity (number of active users, number and amount of orders outstanding), and also a more straightforward way to register (stop loss, market order, sell limit, buy stop etc.)

I only downloaded this mobile app because a floating advert for it was blocking the 'make transfer' button on the browser app. It's impossible to close or move out of the way. So I downloaded it hoping I could complete the transfer on a mobile device. Guess what? The same stupid floating ad for the app blocks the 'make transfer' button on the mobile app itself, and again, it cannot be closed or moved out of the way. I'm waiting for Walumat to explain how we're supposed to access our funds now.

I exchanged currency, and then I received an email, where they told about fighting money wash and terrorism funding, I needed to answer questions about this money. Also, I needed to write and sign a document about where I got this money from and how I am going to spend them. In a week they wrote me another email, asking for a document confirming the source of money. Resume: I saved some money on a good exchange rate, but I'm tired of their endless emails asking about confirmations.
