Awful experience with Wamo. I’m the director of Ltd company. My account was frozen on 06/08/2025 after a £310 recall. I asked for a refund and closure, but they kept charging £50 monthly while the account was unusable. All I got were empty “we’ll look into it” replies — no action, no refund, no accountability. Business owners, avoid Wamo. They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe to trust with your money.

They were using a shady bank that got closed and all customers that had any money in their accounts had it suspended a few months ago. Since then, zero updates, no nothing, basically, I assume the money is lost. Stay away from any of their other accounts because if that's the way they treated the impacted customers, that may happen to you if yet another shady bank they work with is going to be closed by a government. EDIT: I never got my money back and here they are replying their sorry lol.
