This app is NOT user friendly. The interface is horribly set up and I can't do as much as I could before. It is really quite the hindrance compared to the online website setup which I can no longer use. I am guessing they replaced the online banking website with this pitiful app. I enjoyed having the option to do most things from my phone as opposed to having to deal with people. With covid-19 you would think Wanigas would want less human interaction. This app sucks.

This app is so frustrating on my phone. It forever puts me in a loop of having to change my password until I eventually get locked out of my account. Of course, it always happens on a weekend and since there is no weekend customer service you have to wait until Monday to sort it out. Uggghhh!!
