Pretty cool pirate type game. Combat is fairly simple. Lots of features. While you can be a pirate you do not necessarily need to actually be a pirate. As the game itself has a fairly robust trading economy. So loot and plunder or sail and trade to your hearts content. I only wish there were closer camera options in battle as that's third person only, only slightly disappointing.

I do not like how Christopher Columbus's portrayed as the pirate guy. Could have had Edward Thatch Calico Jack Rackam or Charles Vane any famous pirate. But you choose somebody who cut off people's hands for not giving enough gold and was a pedophile as a mascot
