Great game... But Customer service is great, company really cares. As before I complained about how often I move and the little time I had to enjoy the game. After advancing quite a bit into the game, I realized there's just too much stuff to do, and not enough time to do it(for instance, doing all raids, arena colosseum, and trying to meet the extra energy time frame, and etc). If there were also sweep features for the rest of the game I'd probably play it more but for now, I think I'll just drop it completely.

Pros: I love the idea and the fact that the development team is comprised of people from companies like Blizzard so some of the characters look like characters from WoW. The graphics are amazing (I am a big fan of the toon-feel) and the game play is unique. Cons: It is very difficult to get new characters and upgrade equipment, especially when new getting new characters requires upgrading the hell out of equipment and advancing through the levels. Of course, as with any game to get further you need to advance through the levels, but this game gets exponentially harder, making it much more difficult to earn materials necessary to upgrade equipment and unlock characters so it is almost like a stalemate. Buying characters with real money should be an option, like Brave Frontier has done. Make it random and make it cost 500+ crystals per summon. All in all, tis a great and entertaining game. 4/5 stars.

Will not load.. still... Love this game and have invested quite a bit of money. Days ago the game decided to not load past the update screen anymore. Tried reinstalling to no avail. Maybe one day I can play again if the devs realize this isn't just a single person having this issue.

Crashes before it loads Just installed the newest "update" and now the game crashes on the "initializing" screen. Do you not test your software before rolling it out? Is there no quality control there? Fix this and I'll change my rating of your game...

Fun game, but it stopped working This game ia great! But it hasn't been able to load past the "connecting to update servers" screen for a few days now. Im staying at 1 star until this is fixed. Thanks :)
