I really enjoy this. Great setting, challenging but somewhat forgiving of noob mistakes. The reason I gave 4 stars is that many times I'm not allowed to move a unit in the direction that would best serve me. Other games do this too and it's always irritating. I'd happily give this game 5 if they changed that.

It uses the familiar Hex War mechanics for late medieval combat. A change for the Wars of the Roses is that factions can switch sides during a battle, as happened historically. The old-style font can sometimes be difficult to read, and the installation is very large at 500 MB.

Not a bad game however two since if you pay for a game it should give you all that goes with it not try to make money for the DLC maps after you pay if that's the fact than the game should be free not cost like £5 than try and get more lol what a joke.
