Daily reward problem Gives only 5 daily credit

Not so many offers, regularly. And cheat me and friends forgiving less points First thing is a call worth 2 cents is worth 17 points. Then later if u have 360 points, before calling it shows u can call for 20 minutes. But, after 5 minutes itself, call gets disconnected and then u are left with 5-10 points with which u can call anyone. It has happened to me more than 15-17 times till date. Past 2 months, whatever loyality points e.g. 10 or 15 points, i am supposed to get, instead I get only 5 points a day. no provision for any complaint option in app.customer care never responds2mails
