I don't wish to give even a single star to wash and wrap because they are worst with there service. 12th of dec I gave my clothes for laundry and was expected to receive on 16of dec. Today is 22nd dec, and yet I haven't received my clothes and to add on this there is no response to any of my calls...I don't know even if I would get my clothes back or not... would suggest never give ur clothes to wash and wrap and repeat the mistake I did

Very worst experience. What you see is not what you get. They have price for per kg. Whne I booked for per kg pricing, I was generated a bill of 10kgs which was great. But two days later, apart from 10kgs, sarees at piece rate, bedsheets at piece rates and towels at piece rates was applied to the bill. Then a day later gst and taxes were applied. Before delivery, they just doubled the bill. On asking for it, they said it could be miscommunication. Really worst service.

Worst experience for one plus year. Inexperienced staff. No coordination. Never picked up or delivered on time. Won't attend our calls properly. You have to call again and again to know the status of your clothes regarding delivery. Still I was sticking on to them. Sometimes they will say, ' NO PICKUP' in your area. Send by Porter, and we have to bear the transportation expense other than laundry expenses. It was a hell. Today luckily they themselves made me to quit and go for a better laundry.
