No timely pickup and no timely delivery. Service persons do not pick up calls. Head office person are unable to resolve problems. Just forget about dlvry once clothes r picked up... I do not know its happening to me only or others also... The worst lundary service provider. It annoyed me... They take a week to pickup clothes once order is booked and another 10–14 days to deliver the same. They have kept 2 clothes of mine and never returned till date even after a lapse of 2 months.
