★★★★★ Washington Post provides good journalism (facts!), covers national an international news as well as local stories, human interest, opinions (lots of opinions!), info on science, health.

★★★★★ Love the post. I usually read it on a desktop but whenever I pick up the phone to read or check something it works flawlessly.

★★☆☆☆ The Washington Post app has gotten much less user-friendly lately. The new comments format is a complete disaster with the removal of the like button, addition of confusing "provocative", "thoughtful", etc. buttons, no way to get back to the article when reading your comments and replies. It is also difficult to navigate to a particular section of the paper like Advice to read articles.

★★☆☆☆ This app and publication used to be 5* worthy. But now using it has become a miserable experience. The new layout is pushing more entertainment than hard news. Like a lot of apps WaPo is also pushing AI that is neither helpful nor wanted. In addition, the comment section has been neutered, making any hope of community interaction a complete waste of time. Downloading this app and/or subscribing to WaPo is not worth your time and money. Find other trustworthy sources for your news.

★★☆☆☆ I gifted an article to someone, and they were unable to open it. A waste of a gifted article. Bezos is a criminal.

★★☆☆☆ App needs to fix bug that is overriding audio playback on my device whenever an animated advertisement scrolls past in the feed. Unacceptable.
