I like the service, The Delivery pple are friendly but the app keeps telling me that they are finalizing my request, I can't pay thro the app, Av enjoyed the service for more than 5yrs without disappointment

Why do you have a customer care number if you won't pick our calls?! There is no way to get in touch if the number never goes through(yes I do have airtime when I call them). The drivers do deliveries at weird times. One time a driver tried reaching out to me at 9:45pm, why would I order for goods to be delivered at night? Also, you are always out of stock on some items, you need to manage your inventories.

Let me leave this here today. My first time placing an order was a month ago and my order never got delivered as the driver called after passing my location and ended up selling my order without letting me know. The other day after making orders that were supposed to be delivered yesterday, the driver called when he was 400 m away from my location telling me that he wasn't coming to my location and there wasn't any reason for that. This thing is so inconvenient and a waste of time. Very fake🤥
