I love being able to check in on my son any time I want! The video is clear and the app is user-friendly. And their Customer Service is great! I was having an issue logging into the app, and they helped me fix it with just a phone call. Turns out I had accidentally added a letter into my username that wasn't supposed to be there. I had my settings set to save my info through the browser, so it was saving the misspelt username. Check that if you are having login issues.

It is absolutely wonderful to be able to check on your kids during the day. At any time. You are also checking on the teachers. I have this for my granddaughter first. Now my grandson. If this was available when my kids were in daycare, I would have been a lot less stressed at work. Great app!!!

The app crashes repeatedly and shuts down without warning, making it impossible to use. It reports a known bug; clearing the cache did not resolve it. This ongoing failure is unacceptable. I rely on this app to see my children, and the repeated crashes are directly preventing access. I also note that the last bug fix/update was released in Oct 2025, which is outdated given the current instability. Immediate action is needed. Please provide a resolution or a clear timeline for the next update.

Bad video quality, and for weeks now has been unable to connect to even that. Overall horrible user experience.

Cameras are almost always not working. I picked my daycare specifically bc of the camera options. And now I have no clue what's going on with my baby. I'm willing to pull him out bc I need to see how he's doing
