Useless, it mostly shows private places to get water from, not public. No, I can't get water from a random camping I'm not staying in, even petrol stations often make you pay for filling up water these days. This map is a good concept but poor execution, it should show public fountains, springs and wells. If it's going to show a public toilet for water it should at least also have different icon, I can't fill anything bigger than a 500ml bottle in a sink (sometimes not even that fits).

No offline mode, what's the point of water map when you can't use it outside mobile signal. When I have Wi-Fi signal you can be damn sure i don't need any water maps.
