Please update the bug. I can't edit frame watermark please!!! The bug is once u enter the template button continue cannot tap and u need to rotate your phone to tap it. Once u tap the picture frame u want to edit doe snot appear. Please fix it! How to send screenshot to your developer??

I’ve been trying to figure out which features and templates are actually unlocked with a paid subscription, but it’s been like talking to a wall. Their customer service keeps repeating, “All features and templates in the app are included,” but that doesn’t answer the real question. What exactly are those features and templates? It’s so frustrating!

Why I can't save in the gallery? They always watch ads then if I confirm they are "The ad load field, please retry". What I'm supposed to do.? I'll give 5 stars if can fix this.

I purchased the permanent subscription for the Photo Frame app for ₹1400 on 14th January 2025 at 7:07 AM, but the subscription has not been activated even after the payment was successfully processed. I have attached all payment and subscription details as proof, but I’ve received no response or resolution. This experience is highly disappointing, and I urge the team to address this issue immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to others.
