The app is very laggy and not user-friendly. In addition, the products available for Click & Collect are limited, and I am only informed at checkout that the items I selected are not available at the chosen Watson's branch.

Poor Apps. Under My Account section, unable to scroll or click. Resulting the rewards QR code unable to scan by the cashier and my points being deducted.
