My first experience riding in a driverless car was amazing. I felt very confident and safe, even safer than with a human driver, because the car's sensors can perceive more than a human can. I was so speechless; my entire round trip went perfectly. I wish this technology had existed years ago, as it's a much safer way to travel than taking a taxi or Uber. I'm amazed at how well the driverless car follows traffic rules and regulations. The driverless features are impressive.

Terrible they tried to charge me $100 for vaping inside their cars when you get in the car every time, and they are dirty they do not take care of their cars one bit or clean them whatsoever

Edit: They also take forever to show up and make you walk to some place a block away. Less than 1 star. Every time I've tried to use it the rates were higher than Uber/Lyft. I see no point in this service if it isn't cheaper than paying an actual person

Was a great experience and definitely the future of private transport. We had a car that was covered in vomit on the outside. Support only gives credit for future rides, which is very poor service. As we do not live in LA and was our last trip in the car, the $10 credit was not used. They claim to be unable to reduce or refund your current trip if something goes wrong, which is very poor. Great transport Poor customer support
