Great app except every month you have to call and get a reset because the app isn't smart enough to ask the questions to verify you without having to call home base. Great app. Annoying flaw

This app is SOO buggy and tech support from broker dealer has no idea how to fix inability to login and deposit checks. Best advice, try another device. Am I supposed to have a spare IPhone lying around for a buggy app? 🤬 6/10/22 app is STILL useless and fidelity doesn't even respond to any of these complaints. I need this to deposit checks, and it will not take the photo. Sometimes it takes the photo of front but then back photo won't work. I have to FedEx my checks to broker in TX for $45.🤬

Have you ever thought, man I hope I get to sit on hold with technology helpdesk and try to figure out how to gain access to an app that isn't functional but a necessary evil to your business....then you will understand the issues with this app. Login is always a problem. Can't do anything but view a few items and to enter client checks is annoyingly laughable. 3 years later update: I apologize to anyone that might have thought my above comments were a joke. I assure you, this app is horrid!
