Worst app ever. Does not remove apps from the watch, I'm able to uninstall apps from my phone myself thank you very much. Worse yet, uninstalling this app did not remove it from my watch. I had to reinstall it and use it to remove itself.

stupid app. it only lists the apps you can install on wear os. you get confused thinking that an app is installed on watch but when you press uninstall it uninstalls it from YOUR PHONE!!!!
