*2019-06-20: We have re-built our back-end server from the ground up! The new system should be able to handle more queries faster! Oh, and we're back online. That part's important too! Enter your starting location, destination and start time and Weather on Wheels will display weather forecasts along your entire route. Does exactly what it says: simple, easy to understand weather highlights along a route. Icons denote weather events while data (temperature, time of day, precipitation chance, etc) is switchable and displayed on top. Best of its class.

I'm giving it a tentative 5 stars because when it was working it was awesome. I travel frequently between states and I used it to determine if I should drive or ride my motorcycle. It was very accurate, more than my other weather apps, and was a great planning tool.I hope to see.it up and running again soon.

Great idea. App works well on my Note 5. Definitely room for improvement. As a truck driver I would like to add multiple routing points. Also the ability to add a "rest stop" (length of time to be my choosing, I'm required by law to take a 10 hr rest break every now and then..) so being able to include that into the timeline would give me a more accurate picture of the weather I'll be facing for my entire route. Also, the option to have the icon font enlarged to make it more readable would be helpful. The option to see traffic cameras along the route would be helpful as well. Also, a "miles tab" would be helpful to assist in determining how far along the route you'll be. Cudos to the developers..

Either tells you that you aren't connected to the internet, when other apps work fine, or tells you it can't connect to the server. Doesn't work.

The latest update caused the app to no longer work. After inputting locations and time, it just sits and spins and never comes up to show the route or weather.
