Good app BUT.... The last update that forces a "current location" needs to be fixed. I don't know where they're getting my current location from, but it definitely isn't the correct temperature. Otherwise this is a great app

Dear Google Weather Team, I would like to submit a feature request for the Google Weather application. Given the high prevalence of skin cancer in Australia and other regions with strong sun exposure, adding a dedicated UV Index widget would be extremely valuable for users. A visible widget on the home screen could act as a daily safety reminder, warning users when ultraviolet radiation levels are high or dangerous. This feature could help people make safer decisions, such as applying sunscreen,

I had to uninstall the updates for this app, which used to work fine. But the new "accessible" icons are harder to see, and the worst part is the useless AI weather report talking about "Pollen sufferers beware!" I don't have allergies, and this inaccurate AI summary blocks my view of the actual forecast! It is a horrible misstep to force this much AI onto users who paid for a Google phone. For what it's worth, the actual forecast is usually very accurate (although I miss the frog).

It's unimaginable that the app doesn't let you set a default location anymore. You need to give location permission to properly work with pixel glance and weather widget. Major downgrade from old versions Reply: I can of course add the location manually, but it doesn't show up in 'At a glance' or lock screen. It only shows the 'Current location' but that's the issue, I don't want to have location on, just for the weather. The user cannot set default location. Becoming Apple?
