Nice app and I like the radar since it's eailsy seen and not complicated with overlays by default. Also, I haven't had any endless redirect ads which make me want to vomit profanities. So far this is my preferred app for weather.

My family is scattered across five states. I am able to set each location for alerts. Keeps me from worrying needlessly, about what is happening around them. Aside from that, the 10-day forecast it is great for planning.

Weatherbug is terrible now. I don't know what's happened in the last year or so, but its accuracy is gone down to about zero. I can't trust it whatsoever. The only thing I can use it for is the radar map

7/16/26: The app used to be helpful, but now I find that it will have my previous location still listed as current location days after I've already arrived in a new location. Even when I open the app and swipe down to update the location, it'll still show me as being in a city & state I haven't been in for days. I need a new weather app now. 3/18/18: I'm a trucker, so I have to constantly watch weather changes. This app is a lifesaver. I can see what's going on across the country with one click

I know the weather is a tricky thing to forecast. Events speed up, slow down, turn, dispute. The Weather Bug gets the CURRENT weather wrong. I just looked up the weather for Houston on June 17, 2026. According to The Weather Bug, there is no rain in the 10-day forecast. Right now a tropical system is moving across Houston, and I am watching live broadcasts of rain coming down at a rate of 3–4 inches per hour.
