Won't load data on my fold 7 says os error restarted phone and cleared cache. Still nothing

Read an article on it. Downloaded it and it does nothing. Says it can't find location to download info. Strange since location is turned on for it.

Won't load data - it may be a transient error. Will try later. Opening the app and granting access loads a screen where it says that the weather server URL doesn't resolve to an IP address.

Cannot connect to data source, so there is no data. The same review others had 4 months ago and nothing changed.
