Works well, but sometimes mails are lost or delayed by several months. The adds are also interfering with usability, when trying to open a mail. Security is generally good.

Good service and I used in Germany, My question is free web.de email service available in asian countries like India or china ?. Does expat assess the free email services they used upon return to their home country?

Can't even log in anymore without being bombarded by ads, can barely use my inbox, getting 20 spam emails from web.de itself a day... and never forgetting the random €200 bill they sent my daughter before, who only had a free mail I set up for her. Criminal.

Too many ads by far but basic functionality used to work fine. After the recent update tho I can no longer properly delete emails to free up space - or rather I can, but the app does NOT register it in terms of storage. As a free-tier user who often hovers around the storage limit, this is a huge issue, as I can't send or receive emails without proper storage management. This change has rendered the app essentially useless to me, which is unacceptable.

One of the worst mobile email experiences I've ever had. Full of ads and cost me a job due to its technologically deprecated state.

I can't register an account because both the app and the website doesn't accept my German mobile number and keeps saying enter a mobile number, although I enter a valid German phone number.
