Reliable service except that my account was mixed with another one so that I had access to the application data of another person I did not know. I informed him about the mess, and somehow the accounts were separated again, at the price that all content was erased. Since it was no great loss according to the way I used the account, I took it with not much resent, but were reluctant to use the account again. I was not informed about the reasons for this and could not contact anybody about it.

Works well, but sometimes mails are lost or delayed by several months. The adds are also interfering with usability, when trying to open a mail. Security is generally good.

Mails are not showing up for days after receiving them. Used to be solvable by using a several year old version of the app but due to being forced to use the newest version in order to be able to use 2-factor authentication that's no longer viable.

Completely Disappointed... I registered an email for one of my companies. After a while I logged in to copy some emails. My email is completely EMPTY. Both in the received mail column and the scent mail column. Very unprofessional of them. I contacted the business partners to whom I sent the emails, and found out that they also experienced the same thing. Reason for which I gave up on Web.de a long time ago. If you want to use web.de for your business, you may have some nasty surprises. I

I have a problem. For both of my email accounts I have the password and information, but I sign in, and it says I need to verify with the number. It doesn't send anything to my number though, so I can't sign in. Please help.
