It is so much easier to do expense via the app rather than on the web system. I just take a picture of the receipt, and it prefills the fields too. I don't use the web page anymore and submit exclusively via the app.

I rarely leave reviews... But this is a phenomenally bad app. Uploading 1 simple expense takes 10 minutes of banging your head against a wall due to the shockingly bad user experience and interface. There's no logic behind the steps. Why must you upload receipts, details and submit all in separate processes. Why isn't it just a simple 1-step process of uploading a receipt and submitting like virtually every other expenses' app. Why does it feel like nobody from the company has user tested this?!

Web expenses is one of the most difficult 'expense report generators' out there and this app doesn't help matters

Frustrating! Since the update, every receipt I enter is being identified as a 'credit card' receipt (which they are not) and consequently, I cannot add them to any claim! There is no longer any check box to determine whether the receipt is a credit card receipt or not. Annoyed now as have a lot of expenses to claim and cannot do so.
