Does not allow you to sign in with my existing We bull account. Needed to make a separate we bull pay account which is impossible on this app. Does not accept any form of ID I upload no matter how clear the picture is and because they limit you to three tries it's so frustrating to just set up an account and have them take my money, but they can't even verify my ID, why should I trust them to hold onto money anymore.

This has been a HORRIBLE experience. I received a notification that my deposit was returned. I contacted the bank to confirm the transaction was authorized. I contacted we bull pay via email, message through app, and phone. I attempted to redeposit several times as soon as the notification was sent. Prior to them responding to my inquiry they sold the crypto. Their response liquidate account and permanently restricted. I have used We bull for years without any issues. Be aware before you use.

Trouble getting my money again, 9/18/2025! Extremely poor customer service. I used to really like We bull Pay. Not allowing me to withdraw my own money! Very unhappy. We bull is telling me they will NOT allow me to withdraw for 2 months. I no longer trust this China based company! Every day I am given a new reason I can't get my money & new documents I have to send. I get forced to send a copy of my bank statement every time I try to withdraw! Now I have to prove where I got the $ to invest.
