I usually Don't write reviews but Wed Me Good App helped me single-handedly plan and execute my wedding. I got my Venue and Photographer from this app and also at a decent price. Even if this were my last option, I still wouldnβt choose this app. I reached out to 2 venue and was told Iβd get a reply in 24β48 hours, never happened. Then from WMG team got a message on WhatsApp; I shared my requirements over text, and they didn't respond. On top of that, the quoted price differed from the actual venue by 8β9 lakhs, not just 1β2. Like - 1.5K per plate and for 300 guest it's about 4.5L (decor 50k) but the actual venue price is 15L (for venue & food), decor 2L+60k misc.

The ratings on this app are totally fake and moreover I see critic ratings are removed after 1 or 2 days. I used this App to book for a function and our experience was bad, we thought we'll all rate the banquet as 1 rating based on the behavior but after just 3 days, all 16 ratings were removed and the banquet was again having just 34 ratings all 5. They play with customer trust, and now it's high time someone should trust their ratings

I have provided the review for one of their vendor "Perceptual Events" and they deleted the negative review. The vendor is fraudsters who ruin my wedding function and blackmails for my wedding videos and photos and theis app took money and deleted the real customer reviews and fake positive reviews are still there. With this practice how does one customer see an actual review of a vendor if you delete the reviews by taking shares from these fraud vendors. What's your app reliability ?
