Terrible app, requires work or upgrades because it's inconvenient, and I'd rather watch YouTube because it doesn't crash, freeze, or kick u out. App features are great but the app is non-functional more than it is functional

It was working pretty great when I started in March... I wanted to do April but now my app is just on the loading screen...did the uninstallation reinstall and also restarted my phone but still nothing....any suggestions please help
