Great app for everyone to upload and view photos taken on cellphones. Works with Android and Apple. App also allows digital downloading and printing of photos.

Works great for getting pictures and organizing them - that's where it stops. When you go to download the full album of pictures it asks for your email and indicates a link will be sent shortly. Never received such a link (yes, i checked my spam; yes, i've been attempting to download my album for a month). You reach out to their support - IF they respond they tell you there is now download request on your account. You explain that you clicked the button and it said there would be a link shortly, what else can you do? They don't respond. Unfortunately, I will be filing a BBB complaint as they haven't responded to multiple emails and provide NO other way of contacting them. Only use this app if don't plan on downloading your pictures.

I downloaded this app on 13th January 2019 and upgraded to the diamond package. I have now received an email on 19th January to say that WedPics is closing and after 15th February 2019 my account will be closed and I will no longer be able to access my photos. Complete waste of money.
