★★☆☆☆
This is the most ridiculous racism product I have ever met. The f£%£ application does not accept foreigners to make an account and submit. What the hell the tourists are doing here .....

This is too bad business idea. You can't even allow foreign students who should be a huge potential market to use your services. I am disappointed with your business idea.

Terrible service, app stuck at ending a ride! Still counting as of writing this review! I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY! Their service phone line is on but no one answers after multiple calls and staying on hold for 20+ minutes! Made in-app reports about being unable to end the ride, filled in their customer support forum on their website. It is still counting! It was a 6-minute ride but the app has counted past 1 hour and 30 minutes at this point.
