Wefaqna: Muslim Marriage

Wefaqna is a free Muslim marriage app for serious nikah — not a Muslim dating app. No public photos, no subscriptions, and your family involved as much as you want them to be.

An Islamic marriage app and matrimonial site for people who want marriage, not chat: every profile is reviewed before it goes live, identities are verified, and your phone number stays yours until you decide otherwise.

WHY WEFAQNA

✓ Completely free — no subscription, no in-app purchases, every feature from day one
✓ No public photos — nobody browses your picture; photos are exchanged inside a conversation, with your consent
✓ Family involved, never forced — invite your wali to follow a conversation read-only, and end that access whenever you like
✓ Every profile reviewed by our team before it appears
✓ ID verification — real people, not fake accounts
✓ Your number stays private until you choose to share it

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a free profile — a few minutes, no photo required
2. Browse verified profiles and filter by what matters to you
3. Send a contact request; the conversation opens only if they accept
4. Talk, involve your family, and pray istikhara before you decide

A HALAL VOICE CALL BEFORE YOU MEET

Audio only — no camera, for full modesty. Scheduled at a time you both agree.
Your wali can sit with you. 30 minutes, no recording, and a report button at
any moment.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHO IT IS FOR

Muslims looking for marriage the halal way — in the UK, the US, Canada,
Australia, Europe, Egypt and across the Arab world. Brides register
themselves or with their guardian; grooms register directly.

PRIVACY

Your data is encrypted. We never sell it. You can delete your account and
everything in it from Settings, and it is gone from the platform immediately.

Free to use. No subscriptions. Available in Arabic, English, French and German.

Recent changes:
• You can now hold up to 3 conversations at once, instead of one
• More profiles in browse — someone with an open conversation stays visible until they reach the limit
• Fixed: the "you've reached your limit" message appeared to people who still had room
• Clearer wording: the badge means we reviewed the ID document, not that we proved who holds it
