We have been using Begot solutions for the last 4+ years, and it has helped greatly bring down our water usage across the community. Customer service is also good with appropriate responses as required by the team. Admin dashboards and mobile apps are intuitive, and we have been using Begot for utilization billing as well. One of the best cloud solutions for water meters in the market. One area of improvement would definitely be their SLA for service requests which has also improved lately

Pathetic service. They only interact over email and that is only between 10 and 6. Even don't wait for a day for response and close complain tickets. Not at all good.

Very untrustworthy. Data is not consistent. There is no way to track real time usage. You have to go with the usage shown in the app. Somedays in a row it will show zero and somedays it will just spike. Suspicious data

I am trying to log a ticket, but it's not responding and not logging a ticket, the water usage is showing abnormally high for a day and sending false leakage alert

Wrong reading has made our life more tough. No proper customer service management. They need to improve a lot. Even if we are on vacation we see ~ 100 liters of water usage in their app.

I am new to this service, and they are lots of issues... I water reading doubles after some time example I had watered my plants, and it shows 19 lts exact at 12 am I watered and checked. After half an hour I checked it had become 40 litters whereas we had no open the tap at all anywhere.
