We have been using Begot solutions for the last 4+ years, and it has helped greatly bring down our water usage across the community. Customer service is also good with appropriate responses as required by the team. Admin dashboards and mobile apps are intuitive, and we have been using Begot for utilization billing as well. One of the best cloud solutions for water meters in the market. One area of improvement would definitely be their SLA for service requests which has also improved lately

Very untrustworthy. Data is not consistent. There is no way to track real time usage. You have to go with the usage shown in the app. Somedays in a row it will show zero and somedays it will just spike. Suspicious data

I've forgotten password and unable to reset. I'm getting otp but when I submit the new password there's no action happening. It's at the same page. Now unable to login at all... Such a pathetic app

I am trying to log a ticket, but it's not responding and not logging a ticket, the water usage is showing abnormally high for a day and sending false leakage alert
★☆☆☆☆Amit Sharma· Dec 6, 2024
It always shows faulty reading. In night when all are sleeping it shows water usages of 40 liters every 15 min. Feels like I have water park in my house.
