We have been using Begot solutions for the last 4+ years, and it has helped greatly bring down our water usage across the community. Customer service is also good with appropriate responses as required by the team. Admin dashboards and mobile apps are intuitive, and we have been using Begot for utilization billing as well. One of the best cloud solutions for water meters in the market. One area of improvement would definitely be their SLA for service requests which has also improved lately

Absolutely Pathetic Service. One ticket I raised 4 months agos has still not been resolved. Wrong usage readings and issues with sensors. No one contacts me over phone or personally. Without any action they close tickets saying that the issue is fixed.

Wrong reading has made our life more tough. No proper customer service management. They need to improve a lot. Even if we are on vacation we see ~ 100 liters of water usage in their app.
